At Caftan Bloom, we take pride in offering high-quality handmade Moroccan caftans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized caftans cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact@caftanbloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or model if stock is available. Please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized caftans.
- Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
