All our caftans are handmade in Morocco, crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. We ship directly from Morocco to ensure authenticity and quality.

2. What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 18 days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Can I return or exchange my caftan?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. If you need to initiate a return, contact us at contact@caftanbloom.com for assistance.

At the moment, we do not offer custom orders, but we have a carefully curated collection of handmade caftans available for immediate purchase.

9. How do I care for my caftan?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your caftan, we recommend dry cleaning only. If necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or using harsh chemicals, as these may damage delicate fabrics and embroidery.
